<h2><strong>Precio de los boletos para la Baseball United</strong></h2>



<p>La primera edición de la <strong>Baseball United</strong> consta de solo dos días de juego, este 24 y 25 de noviembre, y los precios de los boletos rondan entre los<strong> $22 dólares</strong> y asciende hasta por encima de los <strong>$1000 dólares.</strong></p>

<p>Poco se sabe sobre el desarrollo del <strong><a href="https://juanbeisbol.com/beisbol-registrado/baseball-united-la-nueva-liga-de-beisbol-profesional-en-el-medio-oriente-y-asia-20230917-JBB-9757.html">béisbol en los Emir</a>atos Árabes Unidos</strong>. No así con el famosísimo <strong>críquet</strong>, uno de los deportes que reinan en esa zona del mundo y cuyo <strong>mejor estadio en Dubai </strong>fue transformado para el circuito reinante de pelota.</p>

<h2><strong>Estadio para la Baseball United</strong></h2>



<p>Junto al <strong>Estadio de la Asociación</strong> de Críquet Sharjah y el<strong> Estadio de críquet Sheikh Zayed</strong> de Abu Dhabi, el Internacional de Dubai es uno de los <strong>únicos </strong>en el país que puede albergar el <strong>críquet</strong>, deporte primo del béisbol.</p>



<p>Ubicado en la <strong>Ciudad Deportiva de Dubai</strong>, se inauguró en el <strong>2009 </strong>y tiene capacidad para<strong> 25 mil espectadores</strong>, con posibilidad de agregar 5 mil más.</p>



<p>Para poder ser sede de la <strong>Baseball United</strong>, el estadio forzosamente tuvo que sufrir <strong>remodelaciones </strong>en el terreno, proceso que la propia <strong>organización registró</strong> y subió a sus redes sociales desde hace algunos días.</p>

<p>En resumidas cuentas, los arreglos principales fueron el <strong>corte del césped </strong>correspondientes a las cuatro bases, además de la<strong> creación de la loma</strong> de lanzadores y la incoproación de la<strong> barda en los jardines</strong>.</p>



<p>El resultado fue un bonito parque de pelota, con un<strong> espacio para terreno de foul bastante amplio</strong>, pero listo para que las escuadras el “este”y el “oeste” disputen el <strong>All-Star Showcase </strong>a partir de este viernes.</p>

<h2><strong>El clubhouse</strong></h2>



<p>A decir verdad, desconocemos como se ve un <strong>clubhouse</strong> para un equipo de <strong>críquet </strong>o si hacen uso de uno, sin embargo en redes sociales también pudimos apreciar cómo quedaron los<strong> vestidores para ambos equipos</strong> de la <strong>Baseball United </strong>este fin de semana,</p>



<p>Un espacio que aparenta ser muy poco común para un <strong>clubhouse de béisbol,</strong> el cual acondicionaron bien para que cada pelotero tenga un pequeño <strong>casillero y un sofá como su cómodo asiento.</strong></p>



<p>También se incluyen algunos <strong>televisores, sillones extras, mesas de usos múltiples </strong>y en las paredes se aprecian <strong>imágenes </strong>de algunos peloteros.</p>

<p>La ostentosa ciudad de<strong> Dubai</strong> en los Emiratos Árabes Unidos será testigo de los primeros juegos en la historia de la <a href="https://juanbeisbol.com/beisbol-registrado/baseball-united-la-nueva-liga-de-beisbol-profesional-en-el-medio-oriente-y-asia-20230917-JBB-9757.html"><strong>Baseball United</strong></a>, cuando este fin de semana se lleve a cabo el famoso <strong>All-Star Showcase</strong>, antes llamado Dubai Showcase.</p>



<p>Un total de <strong>52 peloteros</strong> mostrarán su talento como <strong><a href="https://juanbeisbol.com/beisbol-registrado/baseball-united-tendra-nuevo-formato-para-su-presentacion-este-noviembre-20231025-JBB-14443.html" rel="nofollow">pioneros de este circuito</a></strong>, entre los que destacan algunas figuras bien conocidas por su paso en Grandes Ligas como <strong>Robinson Canó, Pablo Sandoval, Andrelton Simmons, Bartolo Colón</strong>, entre otros.</p>

<h2><strong>¿Qué es el All-Star Showcase de la Baseball United?</strong></h2>



<p>El <strong>All-Star Showcase </strong>no es más que el evento con el que la <strong>Baseball United</strong> hará su presentación sobre el terreno de juego, con una serie de <strong>dos enfrentamientos </strong>que se disputarán este <strong>viernes 24 </strong>y <strong>sábado 25 de noviembre.</strong></p>



<p>Los equipos que se verán las caras serán la selección del<strong> “este” </strong>y la selección del <strong>“oeste”</strong>, aunque dicha denominación es meramente simbólica, pues ambos se conformaron por <strong>peloteros de las cuatro organizaciones</strong> que fueron seleccionados en el <strong><a href="https://juanbeisbol.com/beisbol-registrado/baseball-united-se-dieron-a-conocer-los-primeros-rosters-en-su-historia-20231024-JBB-14376.html">draft</a> </strong>que se realizó el pasado 19 de septiembre.</p>



<p>En total son <strong>26 jugadores por equipo</strong>, de los cuales cuatro son prospectos de distintos países, incluyendo la <strong>India</strong> (3), <strong>Pakistán </strong>(2), <strong>Sri Lanka</strong> (1), <strong>Uganda </strong>(1) y <strong>Palestina </strong>(1).</p>

<h2><strong>¿Ya hay alineaciones?</strong></h2>



<p>Los duelos se llevarán a cabo sobre el terreno del <strong>Estadio Internacional De Críquet de Dubai</strong>, reestructurado para poder recibir juegos de beisbol, y darán inicio en punto de las <strong>7:00 PM</strong>, hora de Dubai; <strong>10:00 AM</strong>, hora del este de Estados Unidos y <strong>9:00 AM</strong>, hora del centro de México.</p>



<p>Hasta el momento <strong>no hay alineaciones oficiales</strong>, sin embargo sí se conocen quienes serán los<strong> peloteros que saldrán como titulares</strong>, al menos para el encuentro de este <strong>viernes </strong>25 de noviembre.</p>

<h2><strong>Dubai Showcase</strong></h2>



<p>El <strong>Dubai Showcase</strong> se llevará a cabo este<strong> viernes 24 y sábado 25 de noviembre</strong>, donde la escuadra del <strong>“este”</strong> se enfrentará a la del <strong>“oeste”</strong> en una serie de dos encuentros desde el <strong>Estadio Internacional de Críquet de Dubai.</strong></p>



<p>Dichos enfrentamientos serán solo <strong>“una probada”</strong> de lo que podrá ser este circuito en un futuro, cuyo presidente, <strong>Kash Shakik</strong>, espera poder expandirlo a al menos <strong>ocho equipos y al área de Arabia Saudita</strong> para el 2024, con un calendario similar al de las ligas invernales.</p>

<p>Ambas selecciones están conformadas por <strong>22 peloteros</strong> del draft y <strong>cuatro prospectos</strong> de la zona de la India, Pakistán y los Emiratos Árabes Unidos.&nbsp;</p>

<h2><strong>Arrieta en la Baseball United</strong></h2>



<p>Fue el pasado <strong>24 de agosto</strong> cuando, a través de su cuenta de Instagram, la propia <strong>Baseball United</strong> hizo el anuncio oficial de que nuestra empresa bien conocida en México, <strong>Uniformes Arrieta</strong>, sería la <strong>proveedora oficial</strong> de su indumentaria de juego.</p>

<p>En México, <strong>Arrieta </strong>es una proveedora de uniformes por excelencia, donde además de encargarse de los diseños de algunos equipos en <strong>ambas ligas</strong>, en los últimos años es la marca habitual para llevar “en la piel” a la <strong>Serie del Caribe.</strong></p>



<p>Aunque recientemente ya no solo fue <strong>México</strong>, sino que la marca originaria de Hermosillo, Sonora, se encargó de proveer los uniformes para <strong>Curazao y Dominicana</strong> en la justa caribeña <strong>Gran Caracas 2023.</strong></p>

<h2><strong>Los diseños para la BU</strong></h2>



<p>Regresando a la <strong>Baseball United</strong>, Arrieta proveerá de<strong> tres distintos diseños</strong> a cada equipo, además de encargarse de los uniformes para las dos selecciones, <strong>Este y Oeste,</strong> que disputarán el<strong> Dubai Showcase</strong> el 24 y 25 de noviembre.</p>



<p>Los<strong> Lobos de Dubai</strong>, tendrán jersey en blanco a rayas con letras en rojo, negro con letras en rojo y rojo con letras en negro, meintras que para los <strong>Halcones de Abu Dhabi</strong> tendrán diseños en gris, azul aqua y blanco, todas con letras en azul marino.</p>



<p>Los <strong>Monarcas de Kurichi </strong>tendrán diseño en blanco con letras azul rey, azul con letras blancas y azul cielo con letras azul rey. Finalmente, las <strong>Cobras de Mumbai </strong>tendrán uniformes en morado con letras negras, negra con letras moradas y blanco a rayas con letras en morado.</p>

<p>Poco menos de un mes nos separa de ver los primeros juegos de la <a href="https://juanbeisbol.com/beisbol-registrado/baseball-united-se-dieron-a-conocer-los-primeros-rosters-en-su-historia-20231024-JBB-14376.html"><strong>Baseball United</strong></a>, cuando el próximo mes de noviembre se dispute el <strong>Dubai Showcase</strong>, una serie de dos juegos con selecciones que se conformados con peloteros del reciente <strong>draft </strong>y, por supuesto, la <strong>LMB </strong>tendrá representantes.</p>



<p>Y es que son<strong> varios los jugadores</strong> que además de tener en su currículum la <strong>pelota mexicana</strong>, ahora podrán añadir ser pioneros del béisbol profesional en <strong><a href="https://juanbeisbol.com/beisbol-registrado/baseball-united-la-nueva-liga-de-beisbol-profesional-en-el-medio-oriente-y-asia-20230917-JBB-9757.html">Medio Oriente y el sur de Asia</a>.</strong></p>



<h2><strong>El único mexicano</strong></h2>



<p>Fue hace algunos días que se dieron a conocer los <strong><a href="https://juanbeisbol.com/beisbol-registrado/baseball-united-se-dieron-a-conocer-los-primeros-rosters-en-su-historia-20231024-JBB-14376.html">rosters</a> </strong>completos de las cuatro organizaciones, sin embargo, tras el <strong>cambio de formato</strong> solamente serán 44 los jugadores del <strong>draft </strong>que podrán ver acción en el <strong>Dubai Showcase</strong>, de los cuales al menos <strong>19 suman paso por la pelota mexicana.</strong></p>

<p>Claro que entre todos ellos, debemos destacar el nombre del receptor<strong> Carlos Garzón</strong>, quien figura como el <strong>único mexicano</strong> que será parte de la primera edición histórica del circuito como integrante de las<strong> Cobras de Mumbai </strong>y ahora de la selección <strong>“Este”</strong> para la serie que corta el listón.</p>

<p>Un<strong> nuevo formato</strong> es el que tendrá la <strong><a href="https://juanbeisbol.com/beisbol-registrado/baseball-united-la-nueva-liga-de-beisbol-profesional-en-el-medio-oriente-y-asia-20230917-JBB-9757.html">Baseball United</a></strong> para hacer su presentación como la <strong>primera liga de béisbol profesional</strong> en Medio Oriente y el sur de Asia.</p>



<p>Recientemente, la <strong>organización hizo público su draft</strong> que se llevó a cabo el pasado <strong>19 de septiembre</strong>, en el que cada uno de los equipos conformó sus <strong><a href="https://juanbeisbol.com/beisbol-registrado/baseball-united-se-dieron-a-conocer-los-primeros-rosters-en-su-historia-20231024-JBB-14376.html">rosters</a> </strong>con un total de 20 peloteros.</p>



<p>Sin embargo, a pesar de que todos los peloteros son <strong>oficialmente parte de las franquicias</strong> pioneras e históricas de esta liga, <strong>no todos</strong> serán parte de su presentación dentro del terreno de juego y aquí <strong>te explicamos por qué.</strong></p>

<h2><strong>¿Cómo se iba a jugar la BU?</strong></h2>



<p>Originalmente, la <strong>Baseball United </strong>daría sus primeros pininos sobre el diamante el próximo <strong>10 de noviembre</strong> para un torneo de cuatro juegos llamado <strong>“Dubai Showcase”</strong>, donde los equipos iban a tener dos duelos cada uno para lo que, según mencionó su presidente, iba a ser<strong> “una probada”</strong> de lo que será el circuito.</p>

<p>El primer día veríamos a las<strong> Cobras </strong>de Mumbai y a los <strong>Monarcas </strong>de Kurichi disputar el <strong>primer duelo en la historia</strong> de la liga; para el segundo día veríamos una doble jornada y, finalmente, el <strong>12 de noviembre</strong> veríamos un último duelo entre los <strong>Lobos </strong>de Dubai y los <strong>Halcones </strong>de Abu Dhabi.</p>

<h2><strong>Nuevo formato de la Baseball United</strong></h2>



<p>Fue hace algunas semanas cuando la <strong>Baseball United</strong> anunció que, debido a la difícil y bien conocida <strong>situación que se vive en Medio Oriente</strong>, la directiva y sus inversionistas estaban analizando seriamente un<strong> cambio en la logística </strong>para este 2023.</p>



<p>Lo dicho en el comunicado <strong>se confirmó</strong> el pasado 17 de octubre, cuando dieron a conocer que el <strong>Dubai Showcase</strong> ya no consistirá de cuatro juegos en formato “todos contra todos”, sino que será <strong>una sola serie</strong> de dos juegos que se disputarán el <strong>24 y 25 de noviembre</strong> en la misma sede, el <strong>Estadio Internacional de Cricket de Dubai.</strong></p>

<p>Además, el nuevo formato de la<strong> Baseball United</strong> este año incluye solo dos equipos: la selección de las <strong>estrellas del Este</strong> y la de las <strong>estrellas del Oeste</strong>. Ambas se conformarán con <strong>25 peloteros</strong> que se elegirán entre los drafteados originalmente para cada franquicia.</p>

<p>La <a href="https://juanbeisbol.com/beisbol-registrado/baseball-united-la-nueva-liga-de-beisbol-profesional-en-el-medio-oriente-y-asia-20230917-JBB-9757.html"><strong>Baseball United</strong></a> ya tiene definidos a los primeros rosters de su historia, luego de que se dieron a conocer las <strong>selecciones del draft</strong> con el que se conformaron las cuatro organizaciones pioneras en la<strong> primera liga de béisbol profesional en Asia y Medio Oriente.</strong></p>



<p>Dicho <a href="https://juanbeisbol.com/beisbol-registrado/baseball-united-cuando-como-y-donde-se-realizara-el-draft-este-2023-20230919-JBB-10097.html"><strong>draft</strong></a> se llevó a cabo el pasado <strong>19 de septiembre</strong> en la ciudad de Cincinnati, Ohio, con un formato de<strong> diez rondas</strong> en las que cada equipo eligió a dos peloteros para una lista total de <strong>20 jugadores.</strong></p>



<h2><strong>Las primeras selecciones del Draft</strong></h2>



<p>Tal y como en los los <strong>deportes americanos</strong>, podríamos considerar a las selecciones de<strong> primera ronda</strong> como las estelares para el inicio de esta liga, siendo el lanzador indú <strong>Karan Patel </strong>el primer elegido de todo el draft por los <strong>Cobras de Mumbai.</strong></p>



<p>Le siguieron el boricua <strong>Steven Moya</strong> por los Monarcas de Kurichi, el estelar <strong>Didi Gregorius</strong> por los Lobos de Dubai y el “Kung Fu Panda” <strong>Pablo Sandova</strong>l como la cuarta selección general por los Halcones de Abu Dhabi.</p>

<p>En la<strong> segunda oportunidad</strong> de la primera ronda, el orden se invirtió, por lo que Halcones tomó a nuestro italiano bien conocido, <strong>Alex Liddi</strong>, Lobos al dominicano <strong>Robinson Canó</strong>, Monarcas al ex bigleaguer <strong>Phil Ervin </strong>y Cobras al curazoleño <strong>Andrelton Simmons</strong>.</p>

<p>Tras un <strong>cambio de formato </strong>debido a la difícil situación en la región del Medio Oriente, el debut de la <strong>Baseball United</strong> será a finales de noviembre, para una serie de dos juegos el <strong>24 y 25 de noviembre.</strong></p>



<p>Los equipos serán dos selecciones de 25 peloteros para disp<strong>utar el Dubai Showcase</strong> entre las “Estrellas” del <strong>Este </strong>y las “Estrellas” del <strong>Oeste</strong>.</p>

<p>Estando a<strong> poco menos de un mes</strong> de la fecha programada para el <strong>“Dubai Showcase”</strong>, donde dará inicio de manera oficial, en <strong><a href="https://juanbeisbol.com/">JuanBeisbol</a></strong> nos dimos a la tarea de pedirle a la<strong> inteligencia artificial </strong>una muestra de cómo podrían ser las mascotas para los equipos de la <strong>Baseball United</strong> y estos fueron los resultados:</p>

<h4><strong>¿En riesgo el comienzo de la BU?</strong></h4>



<p>El <strong>conflicto </strong>que recién se desató a grandes magnitudes entre los<strong> Israel y Palestina</strong> podrían tener afectaciones más allá de sus territorios y de la cuestión política.</p>



<p>Y es que hace algunos días la<strong> Baseball United</strong> hizo un comunicado a través de sus redes sociales, en el que a pesar de que<strong> no menciona que se pospondrá su “patada inicial”</strong> debido a que están lejos del área de conflicto, dicen estar <strong>inspeccionando </strong>de manera severa algunos aspectos de<strong> planificación, fechas, formatos y logística.</strong></p>



<p>Todo esto buscando asegurar la <strong>seguridad </strong>de todos los involucrados en el proyecto, <strong>desde trabajadores administrativos hasta jugadores </strong>y toda persona relacionada a la Baseball United.</p>

Las mascotas de la nueva Baseball United según la inteligencia artificial


<p>El <strong><a href="https://juanbeisbol.com/beisbol-registrado/baseball-united-la-nueva-liga-de-beisbol-profesional-en-el-medio-oriente-y-asia-20230917-JBB-9757.html">Draft de la Baseball United</a></strong> ya llegó y con eso es momento de conocer a algunos de los <strong>peloteros que podrían ser elegibles</strong> para jugar con los distintos equipos, los cuales inaugurarán la primera liga de beisbol profesional en <strong>Medio Oriente y Asia</strong> el próximo mes de noviembre.</p>



<p>Dicho<strong><a href="https://juanbeisbol.com/beisbol-registrado/baseball-united-cuando-como-y-donde-se-realizara-el-draft-este-2023-20230919-JBB-10097.html"> sorteo de peloteros</a></strong> se lleverá a cabo este<strong> martes 19 de septiembre</strong> en punto de las<strong> 11:00 AM desde Cincinnati</strong>, Ohio, y otorgará a cada uno de las cuatro organizaciones un total de <strong>16 peloteros </strong>para completar un roster de 20 en total.</p>



<p><strong>¿Los cuatro jugadores restantes? </strong>Serán cuatro<strong> prospectos de cada país</strong> de procedencia del equipo al que pertenecen, tomando en cuenta el la liga incluye un club de <strong>Pakistán</strong>, uno de la <strong>India </strong>y dos de los <strong>Emiratos Árabes Unidos.</strong></p>

<h2><strong>Baseball United y sus posible peloteros en el Draft</strong></h2>



<p>Fue a través de un <strong>comunicado oficial</strong> en la mañana de este lunes que, además de informar que <strong>el draft no será público</strong>, la liga también dio algunas estadísiticas que demuestran la <strong>calidad de los peloteros </strong>que serán elegibles para jugar en el Medio Oriente.</p>



<p>Según se mencionó<strong>,</strong> del total de peloteros <strong>un 88%</strong> de los que serán drafteados en las primeras<strong> cuatro rondas</strong> tendrán experiencia de <a href="https://juanbeisbol.com/mlb"><strong>Grandes Ligas</strong></a>, mientras que del restante,<strong> un 69% </strong>suma currículim de Las Mayores, de<strong> Triple-A</strong> o incluso de la Liga de Beisbol de Japón (<strong>NPB</strong>).</p>

<p>Y es que si bien,<strong> no hay una lista oficial de peloteros</strong> que serán parte del draft, algunos se pronunciaron a través de sus redes sociales cuando recibieron la noticia de que <strong>formarán parte del proyecto</strong>, como en el caso del italiano <strong>Alex Liddi</strong>, viejo conocido de la pelota mexicana con paso de tres años por MLB.</p>



<h2><strong>Viejos conocidos</strong></h2>



<p>La<strong> Baseball United </strong>se reunió con algunos de sus jugadores la tarde de este lunes p<strong>revio al draft</strong> de mañana, donde a través de sus historias de Instagram se logran ver figuras como <strong>Didi Gregoruis, Pablo Sandoval, Dillon Thomas</strong>, <strong>Robbie Ross Jr., Steven Moya y Andrelton Simmons</strong>, mismos que se presume podrían integrar alguno de los clubes.</p>



<p>Además, el dominicano <strong>Robinson Canó</strong> también fue protagonista en la reunión del lunes, quien a pesar de ser <strong>co propietario</strong> de la organización, no sería ninguna sorpresa verlo como<strong> pionero del proyecto como jugador activo.</strong></p>



<p>La realidad es que aún se tiene<strong> bastante incretidumbre respecto a los jugadores </strong>que viajarán al Medio Oriente a jugar para alguna de las cuatro organizaciónes, pero poco falta para saberlo, pues será en los días posteriores del<strong> draft</strong> que la <strong>Baseball United</strong> dará a conocer los<strong> rosters completos.</strong></p>

<p>Todo está listo para que se lleva a cabo el <strong>Draft de la </strong><a href="https://juanbeisbol.com/beisbol-registrado/baseball-united-la-nueva-liga-de-beisbol-profesional-en-el-medio-oriente-y-asia-20230917-JBB-9757.html"><strong>Baseball United</strong></a>, una nueva liga que nacerá este <strong>2023 </strong>y que se encargará de llevar el beisbol profesional a la región del<strong> Medio Oriente y del sur de Asia</strong> por primera vez en la historia.</p>



<p>Será en<strong> noviembre de este mismo año</strong> cuando el proyecto que lidera <strong>Kash Shaikh</strong>, presidente, director ejecutivo y propietario mayoritario, haga su presentación desde el <strong>Estadio Internacional de Dubai</strong>, con un certamen de prueba que verá a <strong>cuatro equipos iniciales</strong> enfrentando dos compromisos en tres días consecutivos.</p>

<p>Claro está que sin jugadores no se pueden conformar los equipos y, por ende, sin equipos no se puede armar una liga, así que la pregunta del millón es, <strong>¿Cómo se van a conformar los equipos?</strong></p>



<p>Pues nada más y nada menos que a través de un <strong>draft </strong>que le dará<strong> 16 peloteros a cada equipo</strong>, mismo que se completará con <strong>cuatro prospectos</strong> cuya nacionalidad dependerá de la procedencia de cada equipo, dando como resultado un <strong>roster de 20 peloteros</strong> para lo que será el <strong>Dubai Showcase</strong> del 10 al 12 de noviembre.</p>



<p>Por lo tanto, los Lobos de <strong>Dubai </strong>y los Halcones de<strong> Abu Dhabi </strong>seleccionarán cuatro prospectos del área de la <strong>GCC</strong>, los Monarcas de <strong>Kurichi</strong> tendrán cuatro jóvenes de <strong>Pakistán </strong>y las Cobras de <strong>Mumbai </strong>los mismos cuatro pero de la <strong>India</strong>.</p>



<h2><strong>¿Cómo será el Draft de la Baseball United?</strong></h2>



<p>El<strong> Draft de la <a href="https://www.baseballunited.com/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Baseball United</a> este 202</strong>3 se llevará a cabo de manera simple, con un formato que constará de <strong>ocho rondas</strong> en las que cada equipo podrá <strong>seleccionar a dos peloteros</strong> para un total de 16 jugadores.</p>



<p>Cabe destacar que se contemparán jugadores que tienen <strong>experiencia en Grandes Ligas </strong>durante las primeras<strong> cuatro rondas</strong>, mientras que el<strong> 66% del resto </strong>de los peloteros contarán con paso por<strong> MLB, nivel Triple-A o el beisbol nipón.</strong></p>



<p>Este será el <strong>orden de selección </strong>para el Draft:</p>



<ul><li><strong>Cobras de Mumbai </strong>(India).</li><li><strong>Monarcas de Kurichi </strong>(Pakistán).</li><li><strong>Lobos de Dubai </strong>(EAU).</li><li><strong>Halcones de Abu Dhabi </strong>(EAU).</li></ul>



<p>El <strong>Draft </strong>tendrá lugar en la ciudad de <strong>Cincinnati</strong>, Ohio este <strong>martes 19 de septiembre</strong> en punto de las <strong>11:00 AM</strong>, hora del este de los Estados Unidos.</p>



<p>Originalmente el <strong>draft </strong>se iba a transmitir vía streaming, sin embargo, a <strong>petición de los propietarios</strong> de los equipos, se llevará a cabo internamente y los <strong>rosters completos</strong> se harán públicos en días posteriores.</p>

<p>El<strong> rey de los deportes</strong> podría tener una revolución este <strong><a href="https://juanbeisbol.com/lmb/lmb-pericos-viene-de-atras-y-es-el-campeon-2023-de-la-liga-mexicana-de-beisbol-20230916-JBB-9616.html">2023</a> </strong>cuando la <strong>Baseball United</strong> haga su presentación en el mes de noviembre; ¿Qué es? Se preguntarán. Se trata de una<strong> nueva liga de beisbol profesional en el Medio Oriente y el sur de Asia</strong> que, aunque nos dará una muestra muy pequeña en este mismo año, <strong>promete bastante en el futuro</strong>. En gran parte por las figuras involucradas.</p>



<p>La principal cabeza en este proyecto es<strong> Kash Shaikh</strong>, un ex atleta, <strong>agente deportivo autorizado y aficionado a los deportes</strong> que en su currículum se incluyen la creación de marcas, equipos y negocios internacionales en todo el mundo, incluso en <strong>Medio Oriente</strong>.</p>



<p>Dentro de la<strong> Baseball United </strong>se desempeña como<strong> presidente, director ejecutivo y presidente </strong>de la junta directiva de la empresa.</p>

<h2><strong>¿Cómo se va a desarrollar la nueva Baseball United?</strong></h2>



<p>Este <strong>2023 </strong>verá el nacimiento de la<strong> Baseball United,</strong> la primera liga de beisbol profesional en el <strong>Medio Oriente y el sur de Asia </strong>que tendrá un total de <strong>cuatro equipos </strong>con sedes administrativas en tres países diferentes:</p>



<ol><li><strong>Lobos de Dubai</strong> (Wolves) – Emiratos Árabes Unidos</li><li><strong>Halcones de Abu Dhabi </strong>(Falcons) – Emiratos Árabes Unidos</li><li><strong>Monarcas de Karachi </strong>(Monachs) – Pakistán</li><li><strong>Cobras de Mumbai</strong> (Cobras) – India</li></ol>



<p>La competencia que presentará a la nueva liga, <a href="https://shop.baseballunited.com/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>Baseball United</strong></a>, consistirá de solamente tres días en un llamado<strong> “Dubai Showcase”</strong> que se llevará a cabo en el <strong>Dubai International Stadium</strong>, originalmente un estadio de cricket.</p>



<p>Originalmente, sería del <strong>10 al 12 de noviembre</strong> y cada equipo disputaría <strong>dos encuentros</strong> en lo que, dicho por el mismo presidente, será “una probada del <strong>beisbol profesional</strong> en la región”.</p>



<p>Sin embargo hubo <strong>cambio de planes</strong>, por lo que ahora serán los días <strong>24 y 25 de noviembre</strong> los que verán el nacimiento de este circuito, en los que en lugar de ser <strong>múltiples juegos</strong> entre las cuatro franquicias, se hará una <strong>serie de dos juegos </strong>entre dos selecciones, <strong>este y oeste</strong>, que se conformaron con las máximas estrellas de cada organización.</p>

<p>Ambos encuentros darán inicio en punto de las<strong> 7:00 PM</strong> (hora local de Dubai), por lo que en en <strong>nuestras zonas occidentales más habituales</strong> serán en los siguentes horarios:</p>



<ul><li><strong>10:00 AM</strong> hora del este de Estados Unidos.</li><li><strong>9:00 AM</strong> hora del centro de México.</li><li><strong>7:00 AM </strong>hora Pacífico.</li></ul>



<p>Para <strong>2024 </strong>se planea hacer la primera temporada completa con <strong>ocho franquicias y 65 juegos</strong>; 56 de temporada regular y 9 de playoffs, a disputarse en estadios de <strong>Dubai, Abu Dhabi y Doha</strong>. Mientras que para <strong>2025 </strong>planean expandirse a <strong>Arabia Saudita.</strong></p>



<h4><strong>¿Cómo se conformaron los equipos?</strong></h4>



<p>Los <strong>rosters</strong> de los cuatroclubes pioneros se conformaron con un total de<strong> 20 peloteros</strong> por cada equipo, de los cuales <strong>13 </strong>son jugadores de posición y <strong>7</strong> lanzadores.</p>



<p>Además, <strong>16 de ellos se seleccionaron en un draft</strong> que se llevó a cabo el pasado <strong>19 de noviembre</strong> y en<strong> Cincinnati</strong>, Ohio, mientras que los cuatro restantes fueron parte de un grupo llamado <strong>“Los súper 16”.</strong></p>



<p><strong>¿Qué son los Súper 16 en la Baseball United?</strong></p>



<p>No son más que un grupo de <strong>16 prospectos</strong> que completaron los rosters de cada franquicia <strong>según su país de procedencia</strong>. En ese sentido, los “súper 16” son cuatro prospectos de la <strong>India </strong>(Cobras), cuatro de <strong>Pakistán </strong>(Monarcas) y ocho de la región de <strong> Dubai y la CGG*</strong> (Lobos y Halcones).</p>

<p>Por su parte, para armas las <strong>dos selecciones </strong>que disputarán el <strong>“Dubai Showcase”</strong> se tomaron <strong>10 y 12 peloteros</strong> de cada equipo para repartilos con entre<strong> cinco y seis</strong> para cada escuadra.</p>



<p>Con el gran roster de propietarios y <strong>al menos 16 peloteros profesionales</strong> por equipo, incluyendo <strong>siete </strong>que se espera tengan<strong> experiencia de <a href="https://juanbeisbol.com/mlb">MLB</a></strong>, la nueva liga B<strong>aseball United </strong>es un proyecto que promete bastante, aunque ciertamente las primeras conclusiones las podremos dar a partir del <strong>24 de noviembre.</strong></p>
